broken breaks and tabs, too

Recently, a WordPress update went awry and I re-imported my posts via the XML import option. Unfortunately, line breaks ("\n") and tabs ("\t") seem to have gotten imported without the preceding backslash in my online code snippets. I started fixing these by hand, in part as a good way to remind myself how much my way of coding has changed over time. But now, I'm thinking I need some level of automation to help me. Point is, I'm working on it. Bigger point is, who cares? Not like anyone reads this damn thing.
