slashed backslashes are back

A few weeks ago, I posted [http://blog.humaneguitarist.org/2016/05/15/broken-breaks-and-tabs-too/] that due to some blog re-import issues, I lost the preceding backslash for line break and tab characters in code snippets. Actually, it was all backslashes so thankfully I didn't try to address the problem completely by hand. Hopefully, I've fixed the problem across the blog. It took a while and I hope this is the first and last time I write code to help me try and clean up my blog.
